While Sarah's Away...

You can't have too much of a good thing....

Dawn, that crazy friend of mine who's always on the Gogh, is working on the Soul Journaling along with the rest of us. Well in typical over-achiever fashion, she completed all the prompts in record time and now does not want to sit idly by twiddling her thumbs or (picking her toes ala' Pioneer Woman) till Sarah is back from her wonderful anniversary trip. So she proposed a challenge. Her favorite page was the inchie scavanger hunt, and she bugged me till I promised to make her another list so she can work on another spread. 20 things...she is making a list for me. (she's so bossy)

Want to play? Here is my list for Dawn, if you want to use it and do a spread, let me know in the comments so I can check out your creative interpretation.
So Dawn, this is for you:

Ready, Set, Gogh!

  1. Something that gives you joy
  2. something that grows
  3. something with wings
  4. something to relax you
  5. something you remember fondly from childhood
  6. something that reminds you of a favorite character (book, movie)
  7. favorite colour
  8. something that reminds you of your childhood home
  9. a tool you use often
  10. one thing for each letter of your first name
  11. something you crave
  12. something from a dream
  13. main word from a favorite quote
  14. a tree
  15. a ftuit
  16. sky
  17. water
  18. something from your best vacation ever
  19. something you love about summer
  20. something you are looking forward to

Arlene .. Your challenge list is soooo hard! It's gonna take a while. How you doing with my straight forward/simple list?!

Hi Arlene, you girls are such go-getters!!! I loved the inchie page too and if time allows I will do another using your list.

Am going to go and check Dawns blogs now to see how her journal is going.

Next time double her list and keep her super busy. She will appreciate the challenge.

Hehe, that's a great idea! Dawn and I are working on our lists and I agree...hers needs to be MUCH longer. She just never quits!

I thought this was the most difficult of Sarah's prompts. Maybe I'll have to attempt your list and see if I discover the inspiration in this style of prompt.

By the way, I love your art!
